According to Skysports news concerning Kai,He has already agreed to the terms and a 5 year deal contract, but the Leverkusens are not willing to release Kai for a fee less than £90m which will make Kai the most expensive German player in the German history.

Will Kai bring an impact at the Bridge? Will he be the next Ballack in Chelsea’s history? All these are the questions running in Blue’s supporters minds. But who knows, unless we get to figure him out with his performance over the seasons.
